Inside 66 Bearing Factory: Real Production, Real Stock, Real People
For a long time, most of my days have been filled with production, domestic orders, overseas inquiries, shipment follow-ups and factory coordination. The website often came last. Starting now, I want to change that little by little.
I do not want 66bearings.com to feel like a cold catalogue built by a machine. I want buyers to see the real people, real production and real daily work behind the products.
This warehouse is part of daily production
The video beside this article was filmed in the third-floor warehouse area of one of our manufacturing sites. The shelves and floor stock are not arranged as a showroom. They are working inventory connected to real production and real orders. Rod ends, linear blocks and other motion components are stored, checked, packed and moved out as customer requirements are confirmed.
That rhythm is normal for us. Some days are focused on domestic customers, some on overseas buyers, and many days are both at the same time.
We manufacture in-house — we are not a trading middleman
66 Bearing Factory works directly with our family-owned manufacturing system in China. We operate five self-owned production bases covering forging, machining, finishing, assembly, inspection, packing and related processes. We are not presenting ourselves as a trading company that simply buys from one supplier and resells to another.
Our product range includes rod end bearings / Heim joints / Rose joints, spherical plain bearings, linear bearings and blocks, linear shafts and supports, SBR and TBR units, cam followers, BK/BF supports, ball joints, dust boots, jam nuts and selected OEM or custom mechanical parts.
Within China, we have an established customer and partner network across different cities, while our Guangzhou office gives us another base for overseas communication, meetings and shipment coordination. Our market is not limited to one city or one region; we work with customers and partners across China and abroad.
Quality comes before a race to the lowest price
I know price matters. It matters to every buyer and every factory. But I do not want to win an order by endlessly pushing the price down until the product quality, material choice or process control has to suffer.
What I want to protect is stable quality, clear specifications and a product that matches what the customer actually ordered. If a target price is realistic, we will discuss it seriously. If reaching it would mean cutting the product below the standard we are prepared to supply, I would rather explain that clearly than hide the compromise.
A warmer website, one update at a time
From now on, I will keep adding more real factory videos, product details, model information, production notes and buyer guides here. Some posts will be technical. Some will simply show what is happening in the factory, warehouse or office that day.
I hope that when someone opens this website, they do not only see bearings and specifications. I hope they can feel that there is a real manufacturing team behind the screen, answering questions, checking drawings, following production and preparing shipments.
The 140th Canton Fair is almost here
Phase 1 of the 140th Canton Fair will be held in Guangzhou from October 15 to 19, 2026. For buyers coming to Guangzhou for machinery, industrial components, agricultural machinery or related sourcing, this is also a good time to meet us.
We have an office in Guangzhou. If you are visiting China during the fair and want to understand our rod ends, spherical plain bearings, linear motion products or custom manufacturing in more detail, you are welcome to contact us. If your schedule allows a factory visit, I am also happy to arrange it and accompany you through the visit from beginning to end.
Factories are not built by slogans, and long-term business is not built by a single quotation. I would rather let you see how we work, what we make and how we communicate — then decide whether 66 Bearing Factory is the right manufacturing partner for you.
Original Factory Footage & Manufacturing Source
All videos and images shown in our articles are original footage from 66 Bearing Factory’s own production facilities and manufacturing activities.
We believe real manufacturing should be shown through real processes — from forging, machining and assembly to inspection and packing.
If you find similar factory scenes or product images elsewhere, you are welcome to contact us to verify the original manufacturing source.
