66 Bearing Factory is the name our family manufacturing business uses internationally. Our rod end bearings, spherical plain bearings and linear motion components are produced within our own manufacturing operations in China.
Years in manufacturing have taught us that credibility is not built by saying yes to every request. It comes from knowing what can be made well, what should not be compromised, and what can realistically be delivered. That is how we make decisions — close to production, with responsibility for the result.

Rod end bearings are easy to quote, but they are not always easy to get right. At 66, the first question is not simply whether a part can be made — it is whether the chosen solution makes sense to manufacture, repeat and deliver reliably.
We look at the actual requirement against what is already proven in production. If a standard solution is the better answer, we say so. If something genuinely needs to change, we decide where the change belongs before production starts — not after problems appear.
That is the difference we want customers to feel when working with 66: practical manufacturing judgment, clear decisions, and answers that come from the production side.
Because possible does not always mean sensible. Some changes add cost or complexity without improving the product. We would rather explain that before production than agree first and solve the consequences later.
When a proven standard product already does the job well, it is often the more stable and economical choice. Custom production should solve a real requirement, not exist simply because customization is available.
We look at whether the requirement is clear, whether the proposed solution can be produced consistently, and whether there is a better way to achieve the same result. The goal is not to complicate the order — it is to prevent avoidable problems.
