Linear Shaft Raw Material — From Steel to Finished Shaft
This is where our linear shaft production starts. Raw steel moves through machining, hardening, grinding and finishing in our own production system before becoming finished linear shafts, helping us keep diameter, surface quality and repeat orders consistent.
Custom Rod End Bearings — Made to Specification
Not every rod end comes from a standard catalogue. This batch was made to a customer-specific design, with dimensions and structure matched to the actual application; for non-standard rod ends, a drawing or sample is usually the best place to start.
Daily Shipping — Linear Blocks Ready to Go
A very normal shipping day for us, but still a satisfying one when another batch is packed and ready to leave. These linear bearing blocks can be supplied with mounting plates or as blocks only, depending on how the customer plans to install them.
Non-Standard Male Rod Ends — On the Production Line
Another non-standard male threaded rod end taking shape on the production line. Thread size, body dimensions and overall structure can be matched to drawings or samples when a standard rod end bearing does not fit the application.
Linear Bearing Outer Rings — Machining in Our Workshop
These linear bearing outer rings are being machined in the middle production area on the first floor of our factory. It is one of the less visible steps behind a finished linear bearing, but outer-ring accuracy matters directly to fit and final assembly.
Flange Linear Bearings — Regular Production
Standard flange linear bearings are one of those products we pack and ship all the time. Round and square flange types in common sizes are regular production for machinery, automation equipment and linear motion applications.
HGH & HGW Linear Blocks — Standard & Heavy-Duty Options
HGH and HGW linear blocks are available in common sizes and different load configurations, including standard and heavier-duty options. Matching guide rails can be coordinated when a complete set is needed, and repeat OEM orders can use customer-branded boxes.
Threaded Ball Joints — For Linkages & Mechanical Connections
Threaded ball joints are used where a linkage needs angular movement while keeping a secure connection. Buyers often search for ball joint ends, threaded ball joints, linkage ball joints or ball joint rod ends for machinery, control linkages and other mechanical systems.
