Rod End Bearing Production Videos

NEW FACTORY FOOTAGE · PAGE 5
From Factory Floor to Warehouse
Eight real clips from our own factory floor and warehouse: large ES rod end bearings, live production, custom short-shank parts, greaseable orders, spherical inner rings, customer-specified marking and finished stock.

Large ES Series Rod End Bearing – Factory Close-Up

This large ES series rod end bearing is heavier than it looks. I originally wanted to hold it up for the video, but… no chance. 😄 So I put two of them together on the pallet instead.

And somehow, they looked really good on camera. A simple close-up, but you can clearly see the real housing, metallic finish and spherical bearing structure of a large-size ES rod end straight from our production.

Rod End Bearing Production Line – Real Factory Production

Sometimes factory capacity is easier to show than to describe.

Look across this production area and it almost feels like a sea of rod end bearings. Different series and components are moving through production at the same time, with work in progress filling the floor.

If I were a buyer looking for a real rod end bearing manufacturer in China, this is exactly the kind of factory scene I would want to see.

Large ES Rod End Bearing – Industrial Beauty in Natural Light

Another large ES series rod end bearing, this time caught in natural sunlight.

The light happened to fall across the forged housing and metallic surface at exactly the right angle. No studio lighting, no special setup.

Maybe this is what industrial beauty looks like — real metal, real manufacturing and a little sunlight.

Custom Short-Shank Male Thread Rod End Bearing

Notice anything different?

This is a custom short-shank male thread rod end bearing made to a customer’s requested configuration. Compared with the standard version, the threaded stem is noticeably shorter, giving the whole rod end a compact, almost mini appearance.

No filter, no beauty mode — I filmed this one myself. And yes, I think this little rod end is pretty good-looking. 😄

Greaseable Rod End Bearings with Grease Fittings – India Order

Greaseable rod end bearings with grease fittings are a common configuration in many overseas markets.

The grease fitting allows lubricant to be added during maintenance when periodic lubrication is required.

This batch was produced for shipment to India — actual factory production, not a catalogue sample.

Spherical Inner Rings for Rod End Bearings – In-House Production

Here is the “ball” inside a rod end bearing — technically, the spherical inner ring.

And yes, that entire basket is full of them.

Rod end manufacturing is much more than assembling a finished housing. From raw material and forging to machining, component production, assembly and packing, the major steps stay within our own manufacturing system.

One question: can you guess the bore size of the spherical inner ring in my hand?

SAL20ES Rod End Bearing – Customer-Specified Marking Position

Look closely and you can see the marking clearly: SAL20ES.

This greaseable rod end bearing was marked according to the customer’s confirmed requirement. Marking position is not always the same — some customers prefer it higher on the housing, some in the middle, and others follow an approved sample or drawing.

Small detail? Yes. But these are exactly the details that should be confirmed before production.

Right-Hand Thread Rod End Bearings – Factory Warehouse Stock

I filmed this casually while walking through our warehouse.

These right-hand thread rod end bearings were already arranged on pallets with identification labels attached.

Nothing staged — just one of those ordinary warehouse moments where you walk past a batch of finished products and think, ‘This actually looks pretty good. Let me film it.’
